This is a very small restaurant so it wasn't the best choice for a party of 11 even though we tried to come at an off-peak time, but the food was delicious & everybody loved what they ordered! The different margarita flavors were delicious as well so the wait was worth it!

Food is good and my son loved the elk burger. There is always a waitlist (sometimes over an hr) to eat here (cannot call ahead to get on the waitlist) Would eat here again when in the area and they had live music the night we ate there.

Service was good, food is over rated. Taco selection is fine so stick with that and the sauce selections they serve with the meal was fine. Guac was flavorless but was fresh, basically smashed avocado in a bowl, chips are store bought but did the job, i would recommend fresh hot fried chips but they may not have a fryer. Chicken sandwich seemed like a pre frozen breast and honestly sad they served it, would recommend to brine and marinate fresh chx breast and grill or use the flat top, or deep fry, with a better bun. Black beans were below average, the kettle chips were good but they came in a bag that you can get from Walmart. Not worth what we paid, ratings seem manipulated which was the main reason we came here. But to end on a positive note, The queso was awesome and the draft mexican lager was good!

I’ve been a Local since 2013, this is the place. Great staff, excellent food, and strong cocktails! Also great beer selection and a “secret” menu…which basically means you can get it made however you want. Substitutions allowed here. I actually ordered something completely off the menu tonight. Very accommodating with the local hospitality. I always see a friend or someone I know here because it’s our “third place” after work and home…this is a local living room. Once again my wife and I had a fun night!

We stopped in for some dinner as we arrived into Pagosa. It was a group of 9 including a toddler. Staff was all so sweet and attentive. Right away made accommodations for our group. Food was so good! Tried some appetizers as well. Order was made correctly. Bathrooms were clean. Seating available inside and outdoor.

The bartender was AWESOME! He made excellent drinks and took wonderful care of everyone during a really busy dinner rush. Food was tasty and portions were large.

Called ahead to ask for their vegan options. I was told the Diablos could be made vegan but not portobello because they need to use butter. When we came in, our server told us the exact opposite, that they were not able to Diablos without dairy and the portobello comes vegan. Tasted ok but unsure if it was actually vegan.

Great restaurant, great food, and service. Clean pretty restaurant but best of all if you like peanut butter and you like chocolate then you will love the Peanut Butter Chocolate pie. It's so delicious we came back the next day and had it again. Extra time at gym, but so worth it😋
