Little roadside places like this are what I look for when traveling. Looking for a great burger on the road and in Pagosa Springs? Kip's has you covered. Friendly staff and one of the best bison burgers I have ever tasted, cooked to perfection. Will be back the next trip through!
This is hard to rate. Chips and salsa cost $8, when they should be free (in my opinion) but the salsa was delicious and the guac spectacular. Tacos were awesome. Very tasty with a bit of spice, but the margaritas were just so/so. Unsure if we just had a bad bartender or what (we did go on a Monday, off season) but for $12 a pop, I'd expect something better. In short, go for the food vs. the drinks!

The server behind the bar is very unfriendly. Please get better staff I love it here but unfriendly staff is a noooo for me.
