Mountain Pizza and Taproom Reviews
First experience took us an hour to get food. A year later we gave Mountain pizza another shot. We had questions about their GF 10’ pizza, as we did not want to spend $30 on a small Gf pizza we were responded with idk I’m new here by three employees at the front. They did not attempt to search for help, it was apparent they did not care. I was very shocked as this is the consistency they deliver across the ratings. Would not recommend.
Food did not come out at the same time. Forty five minutes for pizza to come out, dine in. Three young kids working on a Saturday night. For sale sign out front. Come on owners, have a little pride in your service. Local hotel doesn't even recommend you. Wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt, should not have. Better hope Dave Portnoy doesn't pay a visit.
This is the second time we have been in and told that we can order if we want but there is over a two hour wait due to online orders. We will not waste our time again. This is for the one in South Fork, CO.

The restaurant is family-friendly, with easy parking and wheelchair accessibility. Customers have enjoyed the local spin on a margherita pizza and the kids' chicken meal, praising the great service and friendly atmosphere. Recent reviews highlight the overall quality of the pizza, including the Hawaiian cowboy and the meat lovers pizza, which features generous toppings and a great crust. Although one pizza had a slightly burnt bottom, this is common with brick oven cooking. Service might be a little slow at times, with some waiting around 45 minutes for pizzas, but many appreciate the fast, friendly service. Located just an 8-minute walk from the Springs, it’s a good spot for a casual meal with family or friends.
