Great permanent food truck. Grilled cheese themed. I had the meatloaf with ghost pepper cheese, awesome. Wife had the tomato and grilled cheese. Super big sandwiches. And super grate. Whish there was room enough to watch the live singer and guitar player.

Fantastic! These are not your standard grilled cheese. We had the Bleu and Thr Chikn 'at and they were fantastic. Cute little Courtyard area, friendly people and delicious food. Must try the specialty tomato sauce!

These guys are great! Had a great Mac & cheese grilled cheese. Clearly a sports fan so we asked if he’d have the Chiefs game on the next day. Of course just for us! So we came back and enjoyed the fresh air and some beverages. This will definitely be a stop for us for our next trip to PS.

We are from Pagosa Springs and love the Melt Down. I just looked at the reviews for the first time and all reviews were five stars with the exception of three.Two of these were mad because the restaurant wasn't open and the third lady wanted a pickle. Brian, your food is so creative and delicious you truly deserve five star ratings. We enjoy our Saturday lunches at your your cool little establishment. We're sorry that your season will be coming to an end too soon.

YUM! I had the Caprese and waffle fries. The sandwich was a big guy. Toasted perfectly with a great flavor combo.
