Blonde in the hat is very rude, waited 25 minutes at the bar before I was acknowledged, when I said I would pay cash she rolled her eyes and yelled saying she didn’t have enough time, I gave her a 10 for the $9 drink, again yelled and said it wasn’t enough, so I threw in another $10 even though I was sure I gave her enough. After she closed me out she threw $11 in change on the bar and rolled her eyes again. Everytime ive gone she’s always so unpleasant. Better off anywhere else.

Worst bar in Pagosa unfortunately. Never had such a terrible service experience in my life the bartender’s were so desperate for everyone to leave that one of them dumped out 50$ worth of alcohol I bought 30 minutes till closing. While only allowing their friends to continue and drink.

Not sure what the deal is with these bartenders, but they just flat out refused to acknowledge my existence. literally made eye contact with one and try to speak, only for him to walk away as i approached. This continued for a bit, both bartenders there would look right at me and just walk away as I was speaking to them and start serving other people.
Not to mention there were minors in the bar trying to get people to buy them drinks too? Just weird all around. Just go to the speakeasy up the road.

The place is very cozy but the waitresses are not good people. On two occasions I have been and I have paid with cash and when I check he had returned me less money and it is not a mistake I went back to see and every time I paid him like this he took 20 dollars from me Even less, the beers are 5.50 and she charged me 25 for three beers. It's disrespectful. What this waitress does is if she wants a tip, she should earn it, not steal it.

Fun spot downtown! We needed a break from walking downtown and stopped at Pagosa bar and really enjoyed it. A little patio in the back was nice in good weather and the atmosphere was easy going and casual.
We stopped during the day and service and atmosphere was fantastic but would not recommend going at night . This bar is definitely not one to go to at night . We went back at night to listen to live music and have a drink. We Sat on the patio at night . Everyone smoking and some scary looking characters. The first man we seen as we walked in had white powder under his nose. Bathroom filthy. Very very dark and some of these people were wearing very dark sunglasses at Midnight inside bar .was not a safe feeling atmosphere. Will definitely never go back

One of the bartenders was extremely rude. As we sat, she would ignore my boyfriend and I but would help everyone else around us. We finally got her attention to help us and slammed our drinks on the table. I left no tip and WOULD NOT recommend to go. I hope it had nothing to do with racism. It kinda seemed like it, due to the fact that my boyfriend and I were the only hispanic people there.
