Great BBQ and sides! The rib glaze and rub complimented the meat perfectly without overwhelming it. Brisket had just the right amount of smoke and great beefy flavor. Honestly the best BBQ I have found in Colorado. Very welcoming and friendly too!!

Passing through Pagosa Springs CO. Saw Robert’s BBQ trailer and stopped on a whim. Fabulous brisket sandwich - no sauce needed! Very nice couple. I highly recommend these folk and their food!
