Rosie's Pizzeria

The food here was good. My friends and I went in to eat and got sandwiches and a salad. My friend was disappointed in the chicken in the salad (boiled but it was advertised as grilled) but we all shared food anyways so it was no big deal. I had a chicken caprese sandwich (which I do recommend, it was very good). The calzone was also very good.
The problem arose upon receiving the check, we were handed a form with the check— a survey of the place asking for feedback and a questionnaire. The questionnaire already filled out with the “terrible” or 1 circled for quality of food. As a customer, this felt humiliating. This was a petty act that made the entire experience feel bad. The server clearly didn’t want our opinion. Clearly my friend was disappointed when they put down a plate of white chicken on a salad but he’s on a diet, he was going to be mad regardless. It was entirely appropriate for my friend to comment to his table of friends that he hates boiled chicken. As customers, it’s within our rights to have opinions. That doesn’t mean we hated all the food.
As I’m writing this, it doesn’t feel like a big deal but i left the restaurant feeling awful. Petty service. Good food.

Great crust, toppings and service.

Amazing pizza with fresh ingredients and perfect crust! Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and great prices. Highly recommend!

The pizzas are really good, but the cooking was uneven and some was under done. That said the done parts were fantastic and the staff were all great. Maybe ask for it well done?

We come here ever time on our yearly trip to pagosa springs. Always get amazing and funny service staff. Bit of a wait but it was a holiday weekend so that scans. Great town stop after or before a lomg hike.

Pizza crust is NY style, which is usually not my thing. But this dough and the fresh toppings were amazing! Happy hour drink deals were nice. Seemed like lots of locals enjoy this place. Highly recommended.

Good pizza. Service was slow, even taking into account that it was Labor Day. We saw many locals ordering take out, so you know it's good. However, it did appear to slow down the kitchen.
