It's Sonic. The food is what you'd expect. However, the folks working there are pretty darned nice and they seem to be patient, courteous and they've always gotten my order right. The place is clean and the food is consistent.

Was her first time here came from out of state Had a pretty big order cashier gave us the food we parked. We were missing several items. We parked in a stall and notified the staff of the missing items. She came to the car very rudely, thinking we were trying to steal food manager came out treated us twice as badly saying he made the order himself when obviously you were missing so many items. It’s so rude and disrespectful the way they treat people here. It’s very sad if you don’t like your job maybe you should work somewhere else and maybe learn how to treat people!

My husband ordered a combo meal that came as expected and I ordered chicken bites and a pretzel. I got mozzarella sticks and a pretzel and no sauce for either. It also took almost 5 minutes for the cashier to acknowledge us and take my money. They were too busy throwing ketchup packets at each other.

She made us move because it was after 9:00 from the stall that we wanted to sit in said that she was the only one there and that she would get to as soon as we moved well after ordering a man is walking around with doing the garbage and boy brought it out to us and she didn't even never see her so but the food was good they tried and we were like 9:00 9:30 getting there My hamburger was actually cold and our fries were lukewarm That's really my complaints I guess but Sonic overall is a good company they always hire teenagers that are in school and coming out of school and reasonable enough to pay them a halfway decent salary I don't know about the salary here for them because I don't have anybody working there anymore back where I'm from they I'm really like to hire a kids because they know the kids won't stay that long so you know how it goes easy you know easy labor with no fuss cuz they can only work so many hours if they're in school and so many hours if they're in college but my score is not for all sonics it is for the Sonic that I'm doing the review for

The people here are rude for no reason. When you are saying please and thank you I'm sorry but I do expect to be treated like a human being. I'm sorry you work at sonic but that's not my fault quite frankly. No need to cuss me out. Teresa was a sweetheart though I will say.

Drive-through lady was the absolute rudest I've ever experienced. The drink I ordered should've been $3.60 and I was charged $5.20. And of course no receipt was offered. Absolute sham

Trying to order a chocolate oreo blast seems like an impossible task sometimes. They will repeat the order as a Oreo cookie sonic blast which will be a vanilla blast with oreos. If you try to explain you want a chocolate ice cream shake you will be rudely told the do not have chocolate ice cream! Yeah I get it, it's a chocolate syrup. It's not difficult to figure out what I am asking for. Sonic suggests you can custom order. GOOD LUCK!
