The franchise owner should disable coupons if they're not going to accept them. Canceling orders after they're placed just causes confusion for everyone. Especially as the app doesn't make it clear to the user when an order is cancelled; just an easily miss-able email

We were passing through Pagosa Springs around 11AM and decided we wanted a Subway sandwich. The main road hwy160 through Pagosa Springs is badly torn up because of roadwork. It has cut off getting into a lot of businesses however with Subway being on the corner with a traffic light it is easy in and easy out. Upon arrival there were seven in front of me. The two employees that were working there did a fantastic job. They were friendly, professional and fast. It was just a case of minutes before thet got to me. They made my sandwich as I requested and it was excellent. I recommend this Subway.

Walked in and said we want 6-foot-long sandwiches. She was like, “ 6? Yeah, I said 6. Weren’t you listening?” And just so you know, 6-foot-long sandwiches cost a small fortune. There are places you can eat a lot cheaper and get better food. I’m probably going back to Subway, but my opinion of them just went down after this experience.

Quick service but not all food items were available. Additionally, the restrooms do not lock! They have a key code on the door to get in but you cannot lock them!
Cucumbers were mushy, lettuce was brown and smelled terrible. The lady in front of me tried to help by suggesting that the cooler below was turned up too high and was freezing their produce (she's absolutely correct). The woman behind the counter just ignored her rather than say "thanks", take the advice, and save the location thousands $$ in wasted produce.

The crew working in the evening (6:30pm) on July 1st were very welcoming and made some of the best subway sandwiches we have ever had. Most importantly you could tell these employees really worked well together and filled the room with their enthusiastic attitudes! We would love to come back here again!
