Quick service but not all food items were available. Additionally, the restrooms do not lock! They have a key code on the door to get in but you cannot lock them!

Cucumbers were mushy, lettuce was brown and smelled terrible. The lady in front of me tried to help by suggesting that the cooler below was turned up too high and was freezing their produce (she's absolutely correct). The woman behind the counter just ignored her rather than say "thanks", take the advice, and save the location thousands $$ in wasted produce.

The crew working in the evening (6:30pm) on July 1st were very welcoming and made some of the best subway sandwiches we have ever had. Most importantly you could tell these employees really worked well together and filled the room with their enthusiastic attitudes! We would love to come back here again!

Jan 1st 2024. Izzy was working by herself! That was shocking. Anyway, she is awesome! The line was to the door, more people kept piling in and she was so apologetic, worked quick but diligent. Was gentile and calm in her tone and was just nice. Told us all thanks for our patience. I was really impressed with her. Please give her an award or gift card or something meaningful. Sure she was "just doing her job" but I had had literally 5 different restaurants in the 10 days prior to going to Subway who gave horrible service...almost comically, so I really appreciate her. Also no exaggeration it was the best Subway sandwich I've ever eaten. Tasted fresh and the bread was perfectly soft. I hate the subway here where I live in Aurora, CO but I deal with it. Thank you Izzy!! My 1 star off is the layout of store is awkward with the placement of the drinks to register. That's weird and claustrophobicy.

It was hot in there....I was so hungry. Also needed a restroom. Need code for that & then the door was still tricky. And because of my eagerness for a bathroom they weren't thrilled to serve me. And it showed. Also don't understand why a company that could so easily offer at least one solid vegan sandwich refuses. I ask for a hefty amount of spinach & they pretend I won't notice when they don't....had way more lettuce. Anywho, as a vegan I'm kinda starving in Pagosa & this place didn't help. Nor did the other location where I orderd through the app. That sandwich was even less filled than today's. Photos of my very thin sandwich that my sandwich maker was concerned about not being able to close are posted. I should have walked out.The bathroom code has to be entered in just right otherwise it won't work. I really needed to go. I told them it wasn't working & the female worker seemed to believe I had missed the big signs announcing gender. I let her know I could read & she got offended....???????? The guy was helpful concerning this............he is also the one who made my sandwich.I don't ever mean to offend those who serve me, however, I am not a perfect person & I certainly wasn't particularly rude when I said it. It was matter-of-factly.3 days ago I orderd a 6in & it had more spinach on it than today's 12in. I also got a side of turkey for my pooch that visit.If you are a meat eater they care more????2 bads out of 3 & I'm done with Subway. These 3 visits were my first in about 15 years. #vegansubway #veganpagosaspringscolorado #vegansubwaynotrecommendedNo veggie patty....no meaty mushrooms.....no.....hummus or any creative veggie protein option....will Subway ever evolve????
