Hidden gem! It’s right on Main Street but looks like it’s from the 80’s. I think their menu is great and I had the “chopped green chile omelette”, also smothered in green chile. It was great! The filling was legit bacon chopped into strips, not bacon bits….!! It had thinly sliced peppers and onions in it also and was great! I asked for the hashbrowns to be a little crispy and they were the most perfect crispy hashbrowns Ive ever ordered. Service was fast and friendly too. Try them out!

This is a lovely place to have breakfast. Abundant portion of good home style food. The place is clean and the food came out quickly. The service was good and attention to detail for our order was great.

Cosy decor, comfortable seating and delicious, very fresh food. I have to recommend the ham and grilled swiss cheese sandwich -- which has some extras that made it truly unique and remarkably tasty. It included tart granny smith apples, sweet grape jelly and the fluffiest eggs I've ever sampled.

Kind service and good atmosphere, but the coffee was so weak and tasted poor (even for diner coffee). Food was a bit disappointing

It's kind of loud in there and it could be at times very busy I suggest large parties to call ahead and make a reservation but other than that they have some awesome food

Small, quaint cafe. Staff was very friendly. Food was good! A little small on the portions but priced accordingly. Nice-sized cups of coffee. Very tasty biscuits and gravy.

The service was pretty good, no complaints. The big issue about this place was the food. I mean no disrespect when I say this, but all of the cooks looked properly dead inside (we’re talking mid-life crisis but stuck in a dead end life type of look) and the food reflected that accurately. We got the western hash browns and the biscuits and gravy+sausage. The biscuits and gravy were decent, nothing special if not lacking flavor (but how much flavor can you truly expect from that), and the sausage was good, but it really carried the dish. The problem I had was with the hash browns. It comes with two eggs and chili sauce, but I don’t think I tasted anything except for the egg yolk. I’ve never tasted more plain hash browns in my life. The chili sauce had nothing but the aftertaste of spice, and the whole dish was just kind of depressing. I was pretty disappointed, especially because of all the raving reviews, but it was overall pretty okay. The coffee was good!

I wish I was from Pagosa Springs and actually live there because I would be eating here at this place every weekend. The pancakes were probably the best that I have had while on vacation. They were fluffy and light as well as delicious. The server even brought out hot syrup for them and additional plus. I would give this place more than five stars ⭐️ if I could.

Delicious food! We shared an omelette and loaded Belgian waffle, both of which were so tasty!

I felt like the menu was a little lacking. There were some esoteric items, and simple things that every lunch spot should have were missing. But my Patty Melt was great, so if you want one of those you're on good shape!
