Brix Cider Bistro. This is not only a place you can sample high quality hard cider but also some of the finest recipes . The Fine Dining style of this restaurant is spot on bringing the best of food service to a casual atmosphere with a friendly attentive waitstaff . One of a kind . Thanks Andy and Sage for making us feel special and giving us an experience to remember.
We stopped in for their Sunday brunch, fresh food, a flight of ciders, excellent service, dog friendly patio, everything was beyond amazing! Can’t wait to come back and visit!

Enjoy a delicious lunch at 13°Brix Cider Bistro with friendly staff and top-notch service. The bistro offers a great variety of food, including perfectly made ribs and burnt ends, along with garlic mashed potatoes. The cider is good and pairs well with everything, even dessert. Prices are reasonable, and plenty of parking is available. It’s a perfect spot for a delightful meal with friends and family. Unexpectedly they're now serving bbq on Friday & Saturday nights but it was delicious. The owner, Andy, has a winner cidery and French inspired bistro. The lemon-cream pain perdu was heavenly, as was the Belgian waffle Benedict. The ciders were so flavorful and taste like the fruit they are described as. Kristen couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful with the tasting.
