Le Snack catered my grandmother’s memorial service and we requested finger foods. They curated an amazing menu that I would have loved to try, but I knew our guests have a simpler palette. I requested a few tweaks and they were happy to oblige. Their continued communication from start to finish was extremely helpful and kept me at ease. Mike & Megan just catered a special BD party and the food was outstanding. All of our guests were equally blown away by the delicious food and we are all still talking about it.

This was such an amazing dinner. The food was incredible. They were so nice. 5 star service. We had a salmon based menu and I only wish they were in Denver. It is worth the trip to Palisade simply to have them come to your home (or AirBnB) and give you a taste of these amazing dishes. Get the wine pairing too- brilliant!
