Whoever said “Arby’s has the meats” clearly hasn’t been to Palisade Brewing. I had an absolutely smashing Reuben sandwich - probably one of the best I can remember. We visited Palisade Brewery on a Sunday and had a mixed experience. Our beer flight included the Forbidden Beet, High Desert, Laidback Blonde, and Dirty Hippie. The Forbidden Beet was earthy and unique, the High Desert was watery and underwhelming, but both the Blonde and Hippie were enjoyable.
