The brisket was on point, the Sunday special (not always available on Sunday’s or any other day) was the brisket grilled cheese, we got lucky and it was available to us when we arrived at 11 when then opened was one of the best things I have eaten in a long while.. don’t hesitate just go and find out for yourself how amazing this place is. It’s cute and cozy and the staff are so sweet.
This will be my new favorite spot for bbq out here. The sweet tea is good, not southern sweet, but best I’ve had out west so far. The sliced brisket is amazing, very flavorful. The regular cornbread is great, moist and sweet, sooo good. I will be coming here often. Happy to have found this place. The owners and staff are awesome, great meeting them and I’ll see y’all around!!

Sundance Pit BBQ is a fantastic local spot and a hidden gem with a cute homey vibe. The food is absolutely wonderful, consistently delicious, and excellent barbecue. The brisket is incredible and the brisket Philly cheesesteak is an amazing combination, flavorful even without the delicious sweet bbq sauce. The sausage links, pulled pork, and smoked turkey are all phenomenal and tasty. Sides like the elote and cornbread with Hatch green chile are great. Everyone should try the banana pudding. The smoked whole turkey for Thanksgiving is the BEST, served with phenomenal gravy. Service is friendly, with guests greeted like family. It is the epitome of a great BBQ place, though some items sell out early.
