Do not go here, absolutely the worst subway I’ve been to. Like pulling teeth to make do a take out order. I don’t do reviews but was compelled to because of how awful this place is. The employees probably shouldn’t be working there, no care for what they do.

Last night around 8:15 pm I ordered a sandwich on line and I don't think they were to thrilled to have to make one so late.The sandwich had so much pepper in it that it drowned out the taste of the sandwich, and they burnt the bread.And don't try calling in an order because they refuse to do it.

I had a wonderful experience! This kind young lady greeted me and was very polite. I think her name was Alecia. So when she’s working expect quality service. The food was fresh and flavorful. I would rate more stars if I could.

Im very sad to say that everytime I order online my sandwich is somehow messed up. This time though, takes the cake. I asked for extra sauce and I got the WHOLE bottle it seems like I wish this location would really focus on their quality, especially considering its one of the only places to eat here in parachute.

I was in last Friday. 2 young girls were working. they were rude and asked me what I wanted. They were on their phone. They were drinking their drink behind the counter on camera. If your cameras work they were cussing. It was like if they ran the roost instead of being employees in a customer-based service food service. This isn’t the first time that I’ve experienced this with staff it just seems to be getting worse and worse, they’re touching themselves. They touch their hair with their gloves. They touch the food. If you say anything they are very rude they will cuss you management needs to step in and let these people go and do some better hiring. I will not return it in the facility.

Came in for a sandwich this after noon. One girl was leaving for the day and the other was making my sandwich. I haven’t been to subway in a few years because of bad service and food on the past. But I went in today. The girl that helped was delightful. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. When I got home i ate my sandwich. It was delicious. Bread was fresh. Very good. I wish I got her name. If you let her know she is a sandwich making rockstar. It was about 230 - 3:00 when I went in.

Grimiest, dirtiest restaurant I’ve seen in years. Please scrub with disinfectant.
Went in to grab some sandwiches for a small picnic dinner with my husband. Right away walked in to a strange feeling as both employees were sitting at a table with their phones. The girl jumped up and told the boy to get up there was customers. The boy gets up and was either sleeping or doing a things downstairs that is very inappropriate because he jumped up and was fixing himself and acting weird the rest of the time we were there. He kept saying things to his coworker in Spanish and then looking at us. It did not feel right. Neither of them washed their hands when coming back behind the counter when we first showed up. And then my husband said not toasted and was asked 5 more times because he was not listening each time my husband said not toasted. The last thing was I asked for ranch, she grabbed a bottle that looked like ranch until squeezed out and it did not taste like ranch! Worse experience ever at a subway.

Several bins of vegetables we're almost empty. The tomatoes were all mushy. So were the cucumbers. I used the bathroom which was okay. But as I left they noticed they had filled all the bins with fresh veggies. I was very disappointed because there was some veggies I didn't take because they were so disgusting.
