“Literally just happened upon this place on a walk with a friend staying at the Fairfield Inn across the street. This is exactly what you’d want in a sports bar & great bar food! Service was excellent & all of the people working there we encountered were very pleasant and eager to make our experience positive. Loud, vibrant sports fans, which was fun! Burgers & fries looked amazing, but our salads really stole the show! I had the Harvest Salad with added chicken. The chicken was sooooo good (how do they make it so tender & juicy when it’s NOT FRIED!?) & the salad had sooooooo many tasty ingredients with fab dressing!“

“I mean this in the best way: this place has a rich after-hours working-class blue collar local neighborhood bar vibe, where the drinks are stupid cheap and the people are friendly if you are. These kind of bars are rare in Denver, so cherish them. Don't come here expecting no Death & Co or 16th street cocktail bar. This is a place like The Dirty Duck or Zoe's Lounge, with pool tables and a certain nostalgic charm of having just one more drink with the boys/girls to delay the coming of tomorrow.“

“I had never been to BQ's until I joined a pool league. I used to play on two teams, out of two "home" bars. I have recently quit one at another bar as I found I didn't enjoy it near as much as my league nights at BQs. The staff is great, as is the owner who is very, very involved. One night I was concerned as a patron appeared to be very high on something, and I dont mean weed. The owner and bartender handled the situation very professionally and made that person leave. They really do respect the customers and their safety. It's a very comfortable and fun environment, and I look forward to many league nights to come!“

“I was here a couple of years ago, and it was dark, dingy and dirty. I saw that it was reopened and I came in and it is now nice and clean: a good solid bar with lots of TVs and a lot of neighborhood people. Lots of cowboy and farmer types. Nice friendly staff: the Broncos scored and they came around with free Jell-O shots. Good selection of beers on tap and in cans. I can’t speak for the food this time, but I’ll be back to eat. There are some pool tables here too.“

“We really enjoyed our first time here. Came in for a special birthday dinner and this place exceeded all expectations. Our waiter was attentive and very kind. After dinner, he brought out a nice birthday dessert which was delicious. Will definitely come again!“

“I had just popped in for a quick beer and a burger. I was pleasantly surprised to find a light and fun environment provided by the quick and efficient staff. They made the place pop especially my bartender Sierra. A tall drink of a brunette who's beaming smile hid a quick comeback and vast knowledge of the menu, and trivia. It was early afternoon when I stopped by however there was a diverse crowd including business folks from the nearby DTC and a couple of families who's kids couldn't get enough of the vast fish tanks cared for by the aforementioned Sierra. Its a sports bar so there's plenty of screens to watch your favorite sport. The burger was a solid 8 but the service went all the way to 11. (had to reference Spinal Tap) Pop in and check it out.“
