We order from this restaurant often. Until last Tuesday. Our to-go order was completely wrong. Missing several of our “upgrade” items (like shrimp instead of chicken) and our daughter didn’t get her kids meal. Our cookie for dessert was even raw. I called the store and the manager was apologetic and told me he would refund our order. A week later still no refund so I called the store again. If you have allergies. Don’t go. They dont communicate that it’s an allergy. Instead just mark the ticket with (86 seasoning)
Waited for 30 minutes for food and drove the 20 minutes home to find out I had to throw it all away. Then got put on hold to get my $ back for 15 minutes.
Got an apology but that’s it.
I live remote and work long days. That 65 minutes is precious time to me.
