I keep trying to go back here since the food is amazing..... 45 minutes in the drive thru without even moving. 10 cars finally all left without their food once we could get out of the stupid line. staff didn't even come to the window in 45 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous and it wasn't even a dinner rush... 8pm. 😡 easily my worst fast food experience ever. Thanks to the random dad who coaxed the cars out of the line so we could go anywhere else and actually get served.
Last time I went to this location they didn't put the onion rings in the bag. The manager gave me a comp meal card for a dessert and drink. Went there today to use it but also get my husband a meal. The tea and lemonade were out, so I got him what was supposed to be s Sprite, it was NOTHING but carbonated water. When I got the bag with the custard, there were 2 in the bag and not one. I told the girl at the window and she said, "well, you can just have it." That's nice and all...read full review
