In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

I love this Starbucks. Food and drinks always come out fast and exactly how I order them. Staff is outstanding and kind. Bryan is awesome, he actually came to this location I believe from another one that I wasn’t too fond of and literally made an effort to come up to me in person saying he recognized me and made things right with me from stuff that was out of his control and misunderstood at the other spot, that made my day and it was very thoughtful. I have been this location since 2018 and I literally order everyday! Customer service has always been great! I just dont know why they have so much bad reviews. Doesn't make any sense to me that literally everyone there are super nice! This is from someone goes the same location after 7 years!
