In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

Came for a morning coffee, and the girl taking the order was trying to be nice but not great customer service skills you got our coffee. It was nice and hot and the cold was cold and everything in the order was exact. The customer experience just was not the normal Starbucks experience. The drinks were good and the coffee was hot prices are the same whether you’re in California or Colorado everybody thinks things are cheaper everywhere else, but Starbucks is pretty accurate...

Its just sad that they don’t even try to put any effort into customer service anymore. They know they are a huge company and treat customers that way. The drink tasted burned the food was still cold and the staff was not excited to even be there,

Visited this morning, Jody took my order and was not polite in any form. She did not greet me as I pulled up to the ordering area even after I said good morning. No please and thank you left her mouth. I get it, I rolled into the drive thru at 0615, it's early. But thats not an excuse. I felt like the customer service has gone downhill and am less likely to return to this location.
