In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

Its just sad that they don’t even try to put any effort into customer service anymore. They know they are a huge company and treat customers that way. The drink tasted burned the food was still cold and the staff was not excited to even be there,

Visited this morning, Jody took my order and was not polite in any form. She did not greet me as I pulled up to the ordering area even after I said good morning. No please and thank you left her mouth. I get it, I rolled into the drive thru at 0615, it's early. But thats not an excuse. I felt like the customer service has gone downhill and am less likely to return to this location.

I was there last night with a friend and it was very quiet in Starbucks. Very nice fir a change. The workers were busy making everything in the store well stocked and looking very holiday fir the morning crew. They all talked with us and the atmosphere was amazing. I've always loved this location but it made me really appreciate all the wonderful team work your workers showed each other. They too were enjoying the down time, but kept busy cleaning and stocking..we will go...
