I just went here for the 1st time and I'm pretty picky w food as I come from the east coast. This place is the absolute best food I've had since I've been here. I had a giant Chicken fried steak, Salad, cookie, French fries, biscuit, pickle amd he charged me $16. I plan on going once a week. I'm really shocked that the entire parking lot isn't packed all day every day. Great job ?
Barb makes the best coconut cream pie in the world! So many great menu items including simple burgers, fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, good mashed potatoes and chicken fried steak. If Barb + Tim can, they host very good holiday buffets with all your favorites. Don’t miss a chance to check it out if you’re passing through Penrose. Haven’t had cooking like this in a minute. The buffet was amazing and my bf got a big burger and loved it. They gave us a birthday brownie for him. Also very good biscuits and jam. Best in Colorado. Also the cutest ambience and great kind service? we will be back.
