App not applying discounts or offers received, and went to restaurant and asked manager for help, manager said "they don't train us on the app" and refused to honor offers that were sent via email.I refuse to patronize an establishment that has such poor customer service.

Burgers are really good, but inflation prices for the Guacamole Burger & Western Burger are absolutely outrageous for what you could do at home for pretty cheap. Fries are indeed usually cold & not enough with a large meal. Sheesh.

food and staff are always friendly and kind, the AI drive through is a deal breaker for me ordered 2 $3.50 burgers and the AI tried to charge me 17$. Unless you put a human being to take my order I will never come back to this place again.

Been there several times for a #16. The fries seem to always be luke warm or cold.
We went through the drive and it was a computer on the other end taking our order. My hubby was getting frustrated having to repeat our order. Finally a real person came on. Thankfully because we were getting ready to leave.

The roasted chili burger is a flavor masterpiece. Had to wait for the fries but everything was hot and fresh. Match that with some friendly staff and now you have a good Carl's location.- West side quality you to count on!
