My son was at the Pueblo West store the other day and was pleasantly surprised at the friendly reception he received. He said the food was great and Vanessa was very welcoming and took his order right away. He was happy he didn’t have to wait long before his meal was delivered.
Went thru drive this morning to give them another chance. Usually biscuits are burnt. Not today. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and small hash browns and it was all cold, cheese not even melted. Cashier was very nice but cold food not good
Yet again your store has messed up, shorted our order. Your person at the drive up window was rude and needs to drop her attitude if she wants any kind of career dealing with people. This store will no longer be receiving my family’s business and I definitely wouldn’t recommend them unless you enjoy being treated badly.
