Sonic Drive-In is a restaurant known for its friendly and polite staff. Customers have reported long wait times to receive their orders, with one instance of two drinks and tots taking "WAY LONG" to be brought out, and another of 15 minutes for two limeades through the drive-through. The milkshakes melted but tots were hot. However, one of the reviews states this is "one of the fastest fast food locations in PW." The food is generally described as good quality food. Savings are offered through the Sonic app, with "always 50% off drinks when ordering through the app," and the mobile pickup experience is great.
