Genuinely always deliver on quality and atmosphere at location and overall the company is great. Great prices great food. One time I got the wrong sauce and the app resolved the issue and accommodated me adequately.
Food has been inconsistent since the other Pueblo West store closed. No feta on the cheese bread, bread not cooked, parm bites not cooked, raw dough on pan pizzas. Today it was as if someone dropped the salt shaker in the garlic parmesan sauce, making it almost inedible and damaging the inside of my mouth
This specific store was great to work with. I ordered 35 pizzas for my school, my pickup was an hour after the store opened. Spot on service and communication. They made it simple and as easy as possible to feed 200 kids. The manager, Alena lead this charge and couldn’t be happier. The crew this morning, (did not get names) rocked it. Well done.
