These have become some of my favorite people in this town. Their bbq is always spot on. From humble beginnings cooking in the backyard to having one of the best bbq caterer in southern Colorado. I've had their pulled pork and sides at three different weddings in the last 2 months and the food is perfect. Sauce is not too sweet. Sides are delicious and not dried out. I highly recommend

The pulled pork was warm not hot and it was a bit over sauced as well their side options are not very extravagant you can't get a bag of chips or fries with your meal

Came in hoping for some great BBQ, but left pretty disappointed. The potato salad was clearly store-bought, which is a real letdown when you're expecting homemade sides from a BBQ place. As for the main event, both the brisket and the ribs were just mediocre. The brisket lacked the tenderness and rich flavor you look for, and the ribs weren't much better. Definitely not what I'd hoped for from a BBQ spot.

Brisket had amazing flavor but was on the dry side. Hushpuppies and the hot honey was amazing but the BBQ beans were not at all what I expected. They didn't have a BBQ taste and they had a weird texture. Wouldn't get the beans again but im excited to go back and try something else another time.
