Smaller family restaurant on the edge of town. Aunty Bev's offers great service and filling food for a decent price. The decor and atmosphere are a bit dingy but the spot is a definite local favorite. I had the Huevos Rancheros and thoroughly enjoyed it! I even got to meet Aunty Bev
Bev and her family made us feel like family! The red chile breakfast plate with potatoes beans and rice and tortillas was perfect. Delicious traditional southern Colorado cuisine made our day. The food was as good as my mom’s Northern NM cooking. Please visit this restaurant asap!
Stopped here with the kids after camping at Lake Pueblo. Boys had pancakes and bacon, tacos and a BLT. I had the heuvos rancheros with red sauce and potatoes. Food was delicious. We literally cleaned our plates! Service was impeccable. Savannah, our server, was lovely- very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back.
