It's nice to find yummy things made of only pure ingredients. Even their matcha was ceremonial grade. The service was wonderful too. It was nice to be able to order from the window on the sidewalk. I just had to buy the colored ribbon and artificial flowers I wanted and take it to her. The many different options for cake tasting was also nice to know exactly how the cake would taste.
