Does not comply with ADA regulations with handicap accessibility. Historical buildings are not exempt, if you cannot put a ramp in you must offer another way in even if it's through the back. That being said they wouldn't even come out and take my aunt's order when she couldn't get it. That's pretty rude. You really need to get on top of that because people with handicaps have the right to use your business as well. This is not a new law it has been a law since 1990. Do not say because it's a historical building nothing can be done, historical buildings are not exempt and you easily could put a ramp to the side. Disappointed with your service and discrimination.
This establishment has no wheelchair accessibility. I was unable to enter due to this. I had someone else go in and ask where the wheelchair access was and they said there is none. No one who worked there even had the decency to come and speak to me or to take my order. It’s 2025… are we really still discriminating handicapped people?
Everything we bought was super yummy and the customer service was great.
Yummy baked goods, tasty ice cream, fun games with a cool atmosphere
Very very good! Good prices! Definitely recommend the cupcakes!
These ladies are rad! Worth the visit, especially if you love some pinball! Tons of games downstairs and a handful upstairs. But, the best part are their sweet treats. Sweet mother of god are they gooooooooood! With plenty of choices too (cookies, cakes, & ice cream) :Homer drooling gif:
Great Snacks! Good people! Fun Pinball Machines!
Great coffee, okay sweets, great staff and an AWESOME arcade and bar in the basement. Found a pinball game I’ve been trying to find for over 20 years and it was 100% functional. Amazing blast from the past.
Whenever my boyfriend and I come to Pueblo, this is a must visit! The upstairs has an amazing bakery/cafe section with some very wonderful women behind the counter, and the downstairs area is full of pinball and arcade machines(plus a bar 😉) which means there is so much to enjoy. I hate that you guys are closed throughout the week but I understand!
What an awesome place! The arcade is a blast, and there are all kinds of treats available for purchasing. Unfortunately the cupcakes are waaay too sweet imo since the frosting is basically pure sugar with no tang or dimension from anything like cream cheese, but they have some unique flavors w/ beautiful presentation if you like those kinds of desserts.

Bite Me Cake Company (223 S Union Ave, Pueblo, CO) is more than just a bakery—its café-style dine-in setup offers a warm, playful atmosphere perfect for casual visits, solo coffee dates, or hanging out with friends.
Not only do they make gorgeous, well-detailed cakes, but their everyday lineup shines: a rotating selection of gourmet cupcakes are moist, beautiful, and delicious.
But wait, there's more!! The ice cream!! The flavors are rich and creamy, so don't forget to take a pint home.
There is also bonus excitement: a downstairs arcade-bar section where you can sip drinks and play pinball!
This place does not have cakes ready, they are only reservations. Denied my daughter's birthday cake

Great cupcakes and during the chile festival, their Pueblo chili ice cream is must have. Cool pinball place downstairs.
Great arcade!
