My husband and I love to go here, the food is good, but service is horrible. Instead of waiting on tables and getting orders right, the waitress was doing shots with a table, 4 shots just within the 40 minutes we were there. This place would be 5 stars if they could get some good employees.
Wings are a good size not tiny like the big chain places. Burgers taste great, you can taste the freshness! Try the Big Chelsey you won't regret it! We go at dinner time we appreciate the small, no drama atmosphere and we always get great service!

This is not my first bad experience here, but it's certainly my last. I've gone to the downtown Chelseys many times and had mixed quality, but overall kept giving it chances. Then discovered the one in the county that was newer and held higher hopes. But I've received good and terrible food, never great, on multiple occasions. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt.
