Chelsey's Wings, Burgers, and Spirits

Got referred to this place after striking out trying to find good food in Pueblo and Pueblo West. I’m a big burger and wing guy, and my wife loves wings, so I figured I’d try it for lunch before convincing her to come with me. I’m glad I did—this place was absolutely worth it.

The burger was made to perfection. The mayo and mustard combo, perfectly cooked patty, fresh veggies, and the bun were all spot on—not too soft, not too hard. I ordered a cheeseburger, wings, and fries because I really wanted to test the wings for my wife, and they did not disappoint. Very saucy, and I asked for extra crispy—nailed it. So good.

The waitress was awesome—super cool, friendly, and you could tell she’d have great stories if you sat down for a drink. Even though it’s a bar, there was zero pressure to order alcohol, and she kept my drinks full the whole time.

I’ll definitely be bringing my wife back here. This is finally a solid burger and wing spot in the area. 🍔🔥🍗

Well.. to go order..I paid $83 for 2 chicken bacon ranch sandwiches which both did NOT have bacon; Wing with fries, it did NOT have the fries; Cheeseburger with added avocado missing, & Fish and chips, the fish was a slop of grease. I left a $10 tip before opening the containers. The place has a dark dirty dingy dungeon feel. Will only return to speak with the manager/owner regarding this abhorrent pricey & disappointing to go order. I can’t believe this cost me $93.00. What a joke and a rip off.

The fries are fresh cut and out of this world! The wings are fire! But make sure you dine there in the evening when Mary is sure to be cooking. There's one that takes pride in her cooking!

The Awesome cook Mary is her name she is outstanding. Mary's cooking reminds me of home and not just home but down home Son.

We went here, because a friend recommended them. This place is awesome. The waitress was awesome. The atmosphere is very good. The food is great too. Big portions. I had the Chelsey burger and onion rings. YUMMY. Do yourself a favor, come here to eat. I'll definitely be back.

The food was great service was OK. I left the waitress what I thought was an ok tip of $6 on a $18 dollar tab. I'm guessing that wasn't enough because the next day my card was charged an extra dollar for a $1 tip I did not authorize. But overall it was an ok place.
