This restaurant's food will remind you what it means to be alive (especially if you like spicy food). If you never knew in the first place, well, prepare to learn. The Tom Kha soup was amazing(!!!) This is my first day/night in Colorado, and I’ll only be here till tomorrow morning before I continue driving to New Mexico, so I feel very lucky to have chosen to eat here. I’m sorry you had a negative experience at Cherry Thai. While cleanliness is important, it’s also worth noting that it’s not a public restroom that needs constant upkeep. The staff may have limited resources, and unfortunately, cleanliness can sometimes be overlooked during busy periods.
I’ve since moved away from Pueblo but I still think about this place all the time. The pad see ew in particular was impeccable… I’ve tried plenty of Thai places and this has been the most delicious, by far. My partner and I used to come here like once a week. Much love to Winnie and her fam!
