Charged for Xtra meat. Did t get. Sandwich dry. A d guy took tip didn't even make. And I asked to tip right person. Called to figure out why so much and they rude. No one talks. Like a mortuary

I was expecting a hoagie style bun for the Chicken Parmesan but got a hamburger style bun instead. Called ahead to place order but took longer. I guess they had trouble with a frier. Okay food, okay place for carry out only.

horrible customer service. they forgot chicken. had. to drive all the way back. spaghetti was cold by then. employee. was rude and said sorry that’s our policy. waste of money and time. never. going back

My family just tried to make a small $700 catering order from your restaurant, and whoever it was that my aunt spoke to on the phone with was extremely rude. The woman on the phone seemed comfortable enough to speak on the owner's behalf when they said they didn't care about the money they'd be losing from the sale.

If you've got employees like that on shift, I feel bad for you. Who knows how much money you're losing out on.

We won't be doing any business with you in the future.

Great value, large portions, fast service. They literally have the best spaghetti and meatballs I have ever had... Not to mention the freshly baked roll that comes with! I've never had a reason not to come back.

If you like real homemade Italy Italian food, not the Gourmet Italian food slopped out at fancy Italian restaurants, you’ll love this place! I'm from NYC and grew up in Bensonhurst. This is the best Italian I have found west of the Mississippi River.

I’ve been dealing with an upset stomach for over a week now and I was so tired of eating bland boring food. I was craving something comforting but with flavor so I ordered the lasagna with a meatball on the side. (I like their meatballs) I’m so glad I did! It’s is delicious & there is enough leftover for me to eat again tomorrow and maybe even enough for a small lunch on Sunday! Thank you Collette’s!

Ordered a salad with chicken on an off hour, 3:30 , so fresh and the chicken was so tasty! Lady gave me an extra dressing . Very delicious!!!

Collete's is a great staple of Pueblo. I always get the "Everything"but their whole menu has got something for every taste bud.

If you grew up Italian-American, they have all the classics that your mother or grandmother made. Prices are good, service is weak at best. If you've ever seen the Seinfeld episode with the Soup Yahtzee, this is 100% the vibe. Ignore the mostly hateful staff and enjoy the food!

God bless this restaurant and staff, Im able to feed my family for cheaper than any fast food restaurant, and the quality and taste far surpassed my expectations. Only $7 for a huge plate of spaghetti that will leave you full and happy. I even had leftovers, which is rare for me! I can not recommend this place enough you MUST try their food.
