I stopped for lunch today, and the experience was unacceptable. The service was unprofessional; the staff member was short with me and downright rude. My chicken was poorly prepared—just burnt tenders on buns—and the fries were inedible as well. I will not be returning to this place and strongly advise others to think twice before dining here.

I placed an online order, and when I arrived to pick it up, I noticed an older gentleman, presumably the owner, eating at the fry station. I thought it was no big deal; maybe he was just on his lunch break. However, I saw him wipe his mouth and then prepare my order with his bare hands. I mentioned that I found it kind of gross that he wasn't wearing gloves. He just looked at me in shock. It was absolutely disgusting. Why would one employee be wearing gloves and this other guy touches everyone else’s food raw dog. Seems extremely gross and a against health codes. Very disappointing

The first few times I went here, food was great. The last few times I have gone though, the chicken seems to be over cooked and taken out right before its burnt. I have tried both the sandwich and tenders lately and they both suffered from this.
Yeah this is the sorry place for business overpriced I order some chicken fingers and I got like maybe two chicken fingers cut in half to make four and they only have one sauce spicy hot it's disgusting I gave it about a nap wasn't worth $19 for it he was a joke that's in that Union stop before the bridge on the left side of the street he's disgusting it ain't going to last nothing will be there by next summer people are not paying that kind of money for that kind of of potatoes I think I got some sort of french fries sweet potato fries they were awful they don't give me no catch up with no mustard and then you only have one sauce for the chicken I gave the chicken it was pretty dry and not very many pieces four pieces for that kind of price the drinks there are 350 I think he sells drinks for $5 a piece he's a joke he's disgusting he works alone and no wonder nobody wants to work with him he lucky to be there in 9 months don't bother it's not worth it he's awful awful waffle

10/10 would recommend. The best hot chicken around! Try both the sandwich and the tenders. Fair warning, the spice level of hot as hell is HOT AS HELL! Also they have really good sweet treats, my favorite is the caramel doughnut bites. You will not be disappointed.

Over cooked soggy chicken doused in far more than enough grease. 12 bucks for 3 tiny over cooked tenders? Got the spiciest variety and was unimpressed with the flavor, the heat was okay. Fries were the only thing that made me put 2 stars, well seasoned and crisp. Atmosphere is like a “fancy” food court. Cool to see in pueblo really, but the price for the lack of service and flavor is absurd to say the least.

This is a great spot! I had the "Hot as Hell' (hottest) chicken sandwich and was thoroughly satisfied. Nice burn on the tongue and the chicken was juicy and crispy.

Chicken and waffle where undercooked. I tried to be nice and say it was unaptatizing and asked for a refund. They refused and said they would only make me something else. We'll I don't want undercooked soggy chicken with still raw waffles. Poor customer service and horrible food.
If you're looking for that spicy food challenge this is definitely the place I always get the slow burn be warned there food can be extremely spicy my wife tried a bite and started crying I about died laughing because I told her it was like a nuke going off in your mouth the pepper spices are truly amazing I can almost taste 4 different distinctive flavors from the pepper very unique recipe love it id give you 6 stars if I could
