Amazing! Our family had a great dinner at The Hungry Buffalo - Fuel & Iron location. The French Dip was fantastic; likey one of the best I've ever eaten. Taste was spot on - the buffalo was so tender/flavorful, and the fries were perfectly crisp. The service was terrific, staff was professional/friendly, and the menu items were very reasonably priced. We'll definitely be returning soon.
Boyfriend and I went to the location at Fuel & Iron and decided on a freezing day that it was buffalo time. He ordered the green chili smothered buffalo burger and I got the Buffalo Au Jus. We paired it with cream cheese and jalapeño empanadas and we are in love!!!

Got the bison cheddar bacon melt and the chips and would absolutely order again. That bison was cooked perfectly and the flavors were rich and hearty. The chips were like sour cream and onion seasoned and honestly could eat a tray of those. Will definitely be back!
