First time there April 2nd, went with a friend and was pleasantly surprised how good the meal was. I had the Bison Slopper and the chile was fantastic, my friend had the Colorado with the veggie skewer which was really tasty. Definitely will return! Thanks Loren for a great meal, delicious!!

Went to the food hall. Cook didn’t acknowledge us standing there for ten minutes. He was able to find the nice cashier who took our order. No cheese on burger. Been to the food truck. Much better experience. Won’t be back to the food hall.

Got the bison cheddar bacon melt and the chips and would absolutely order again. That bison was cooked perfectly and the flavors were rich and hearty. The chips were like sour cream and onion seasoned and honestly could eat a tray of those. Will definitely be back!

Union Pizza is amazing! Their crust is legit, tasted like pizza I have had in Europe. A bit expensive but I they have to pay for that beautiful building!

Wayyyyy too expensive for what you get. 17$ for a bison cheeseburger. Everything was wildly overpriced and to be honest wasn't all that good.

Amazing! Our family had a great dinner at The Hungry Buffalo - Fuel & Iron location. The French Dip was fantastic; likey one of the best I've ever eaten. Taste was spot on - the buffalo was so tender/flavorful, and the fries were perfectly crisp. The service was terrific, staff was professional/friendly, and the menu items were very reasonably priced. We'll definitely be returning soon.
