So I have to admit that I was disappointed, being from Philly and someone said that the owners were from Philly I expected more. I had my Eagles gear on, expected to be greeted with a "Go birds" when I walked in. Nope, didn't happen. Order "the Italian feeling" which seemed like the closest to an original we were going to get. The roll was on point. Sauce could definitely use improvement. Skimped out on the meat, which was mids. Theming was pretty cool. But yeah. Just booked a flight back home to curb my craving for an actual cheesesteak cuz this wasn't it.

Came here about 5 times before. Everything was great. This time the cook was really slow and they seemed to be putting less meat on the sandwich. Disappointed. Willing to give them one more chance but if things are the same as today I will have to think twice about coming back. Hope things improve

The food was a squished mess, the fries overcooked in bad oil

We ordered takeout last night and we normally love the sandwiches at this restaurant. This time was not good at all. It was very dry. Hardly any cheese on it. We asked for extra cheese whiz and paid for it did not receive it. We tried to call after the experience to say what had happened. The restaurant was still open, but no one would answer the phone for us to complain.

First time carry out. Got the wrap chesse Philly. Nicely wrapped and sauce was really good and spicy but the meat did not have that Philly taste with the cheese. Tasted like stew meat. No one was dining when I went in so I couldn't give any stars. My pick up was around 230pm. Staff was very nice.

This place is not really that good the sandwiches look very low budget the bread was very hard the meat didn't really taste that appetizing the staff who works there is a very lousy there was flies flying all over the place not worth my money and for a basket of fries you only get a really shady little portion of fries I wouldn't recommend coming to this restaurant
