I do not like their food. I've said this over and over again. Last night was the worst experience. The cook plated my taco salad with so much grease that I could see it when the server served it to me. She actually served it to me. There is no way she didn't see what she was serving me. I poured the puddled-up grease into a cup and it measured to be about 4 oz of grease. My husband likes to have cervezas here, which is why I keep coming back. I don't think I'll ever be able to eat here again. The margaritas are great though.
This was the worst dining experience. We walked in as a party of 11 was told 15-20 min wait at 530. We waited for over an hour, we were the only people waiting. Everyone that walked in around us got seated. We finally sat and the server was kind but she took forever to get our order. The food was ordered around 7 after an hour of waiting and no one even offering us anything except it’ll be out soon. My toddler was done at this point and I was ready to leave . At 8 they said the food was about to come out. I said we want to leave we will box it up ourselves if you bring it. After another 20 min we told them never mind to the food, we were just wanting to pay for our drinks and leave. They finally bring it out boxed but we were already ready to leave at this point. They brought our check that we had stated clearly should have been split as one big check. We left without our food. None of us even wanted to eat at this point. No manager came to talk about our 3 hour wait, no real apologies, no offer to at least discount the food that took 1.5 hours. Truly a terrible experience.
Our dinner was very good! Came out hot and tasty! The service was incredible !!!! The enchiladas were so good and we had a very lovely evening here!!!
I have never left a negative review in my life but this experience was soooooo bad I have to. We were at this establishment for over 3 hours with no food, no manager to check on us. Nothing! We were a larger table so we gave them a ton of grace but I have never experienced service this bad. I’d not recommend this place unless it’s a party of 2 🙄
Good food,
Great service great food and 2 for 1 happy hour drinks what else could you want from a nice mexican restaurant
Great place, clean and very good service. Food is amazing, everything is always fresh and delicious. Highly recommend
This place sucked!
We got our drinks and waited one hr.
And our food was still not out, cleanly
Management needs to lite a fire under
Someone's butt, or step in, we are regular
Customers not any more, no one food is worth an hr of our time,
So, my sister calls me tells me she’s eaten dinner at Garlic and Onion in Pueblo. Look it up on the Internet and give them a call not thinking about the fact that it’s New Year’s Eve and they’re packed.I describe my sister. And within the 10 minutes while I was talking to my sister on the other line, they wished her a Happy birthday and actually sang the song. 5 👍

We’ve had good and bad experiences with this place, normally good food, poor service. Tonight was very disappointing, although service was better than usual the food was a huge let down.My wife ordered smothered stuff sopapillas and I the burrito suprimo. We ordered the hot green chili which was anything but hot. Very bland no flavor to say the least, my wife’s sopapilla was barely covered, my “beef” burrito was 90% refried beans 10 % hamburger. I actually had to put my reading glasses on to see if there was any meat in it, I knew something was amiss when my burrito sat there flat on my plate loose in the tortilla. Margaritas were pretty bland also and definitely on the weak side which was sad as this was one of the things that kept us coming back in the past. Too many places to get good Mexican food in this town. We won’t be back.. $7 for chips and salsa? Mi Ranchito they’re free!!

Don't go, happy hour doesn't make up for how bad place is ran. Food and service sucks most the time. Had a fly in the middle of an ice cube 1 time in a Malibu bucket. Bartender though it was funny while we were disgusted. Gave them many chances but after tonight I'm done wasting my time and money. Dont waste yours! Long wait, then food took awhile just to get taco shells, barely anything in them. Worse I've ever seen from them besides seeing raw ground beef in the tacos in the past. And they've raised the prices over last couple years. Owner was too busy chilling (sitting around talking at a table) like I always see him, to help or care. Was gonna give him his taco shells back and get a refund. Plenty of good Mexican restaurants in Pueblo support one of them instead.

For the price and what you get its really a joke to charge what they charge. A burrito is 18.99 + tax, + processing fees, + takeout fee! you pay $23 for a single BURRITO that's folded!!! I did take out, They did adjust the price when I got there cause I showed them we ordered based off the information online. They already knew it was wrong. There is no excuse to have your website prices be that expired. 2 years! I will say I did receive good customer service and I appreciate them doing that, but on the other note we still paid $16 per burrito, my employees order was wrong and again he couldn't hold the burrito cause it was folded. Again review is for the quality of food and the price for what you get is a complete rip off. Lol you don't even get beans and rice on the side with a $23 burrito!

You can't find an updated menu for this place because they are scared to post how much they charge. $18 for a sloppy half wrapped California burrito? You can get a better bigger Cali burrito from literally ANY other Mexican food place.....probably anywhere in the world. Quality was definitely not worth the price and flavor is lacking. You would have a hard time finding a bigger ripoff in town
Edit: that's not an altered photo....that's the quality you guys produce. Yeah you price matched then still messed up the order and left the green chili out of one of the burritos. I will forever badmouth this establishment and warn people of what to expect when they make the mistake of trying the quality of your food.

The atmosphere of the place was the best part of my visit, Our waitress was anything but welcoming, no smiles no kind of friendliness at all the whole time, I ordered a slopped and while the green Chili had a okay taste , The burger itself was TERRIBLE TASTING, Took two bites and left the rest, literally tasted like a frozen salisbury steak!
