I recommend the Slopper (open face cheeseburger smothered in green chile topped with cheese and onions) at Gray’s Coors Tavern. It’s probably the best in Pueblo.

We’re from Kansa and we like to ride into town and bring friends with us that have never eaten at Grays Coors Tavern before. It’s always a great time! The food is great and the beer is cold! But most of all the entire staff is kind and courteous and they make you feel like your eating with family!!!
Best slopper in the state of Colorado. Big glasses of cold beer 😋 Do yourself a favor try this place out buy a slopper and get a schooner of you favorite beer. Been eating here for a long time myself love it every time.
