It’s so great to have Hopscotch Bakery back! I love what Jace Trujillo has done with the renovation and bring a Pueblo staple back. The food is amazing, the service is trop tier, and it has an essence about it that just screams home. Please make sure you check out Hopscotch!
This bakery is an absolute gem! the cookies are soo good they take you back to your childhood. The staff is super friendly and clearly passionate about what they do, which makes the whole experience even better. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick treat or ordering something special, you can’t go wrong here. Highly recommend!

I didn't get anything for myself but i get the 13th cookie free. I didn't plan on eating more than a bite of my free cookie, but I ended up eating the whole thing because it was delicious!
