My first experience was having these subs brought to us on the line at the Junkins fire. Not a fair assessment, as even stale granola tastes amazing after fighting a fire all day. Plus, our sandwiches were clearly doctored up with three times as much meat as normal. Those were 5 star sandwiches. When I visited on a normal day, I was pretty disappointed. Just average, untoasted subs. Mostly bread. I'm guessing the self-destruct of Quiznos was the only reason this franchise expanded like it did.

How is this place still running?They make mistakes on your order & charge you more. When you confront them they start yelling & freaking out on you & yell that now they have to do extra paper work because of the mistake they made. Not to mention the cookie Kiara the worker there threw at me. When I confronted her she said she couldn’t do anything about her actions she did…She then claimed that she was the manager there but didn’t know how to fix the mistake SHE made. Will never be there again!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT COME HERE! We went and they overcharged my sister so she went back to let them know. The worker who’s name is Kiara said she couldn’t give the money back so my sister said okay give me something that’s worth that money, so she goes and grabs a cookie and THROWS IT TO MY SISTERS FACE. Not to mention this girl had 4 mental break downs in the process of her trying to figure out why she overcharged my sister. Nothing was resolved but we look forward to talking to the general manager because this girl that was the “manager” didn’t know how to be a manager. She wasn’t even mentally or emotionally stable to be one.

Went on my lunch break, guy at the window handed me my sandwich like this and I told him I can’t take this I have eat it in my car. He told me “my bad,” and his solution was to hand me a bunch of napkins. I wasn’t gonna make a big deal out of it because I didn’t have time, made it a bite into the sandwich to find hair in my food. Safe to say i didn’t eat lunch today. Do better jimmy johns.

Service was terrible today as I ordered through the App for Drive thru then waited in line for twenty minutes 15 minutes at the window with no acknowledgment from any of the 4 staff I watched talking inside. It was not busy in the store only drive thru. 4 cars waited behind me ... when the girl came to the window she said $25 something for your order ... I said No I have a pickup order from an online App ... she went I got my order... I asked who the manager was and she told me Erin or Aaron no idea if it was a male or female manager but this falls on the manager for not emphasizing customer service and accurate orders. My order was also incorrect for the additions we added to our meal. This was at the Northern JJ 's from 1:20-1:45 pm today 7/15/23

Great staff, great food, perhaps one of the best sandwiches from a Jimmy John's I have had (the italian night club) but the atmosphere wasn't fantastic and the soda dispenser was fairly gross. I wouldn't let that hold you back however, as mentioned previously - the food was in fact great and I cannot speak for the dispensers they must have for the drive through.Parking: It's not very large and it's directly connected to other companies so I'm not quite certain parking will always be available. For reference we were there at 2 pm and there were at least 10 free slots.

Wow.. for the going here for the first time. The server/host was very patient and helpful. So service was a 9/10 . Then the food , the sandwichs ? or subs were great. I got a regular and could bot finsh it.. everyone got a regular and could not finish them..

Jimmy Johns website glitched while I was ordering tonight. It gave me two of the same sandwiches when I wanted two different ones. I didn’t catch it because I had over $80 worth of food and when I went to ask if they would fix it and they literally just had to take a meat out and add cucumbers and they refused. We won’t be ordering from here again.
