Service was terrible today as I ordered through the App for Drive thru then waited in line for twenty minutes 15 minutes at the window with no acknowledgment from any of the 4 staff I watched talking inside. It was not busy in the store only drive thru. 4 cars waited behind me ... when the girl came to the window she said $25 something for your order ... Great staff, great food, perhaps one of the best sandwiches from a Jimmy John's I have had (the italian night club) but the atmosphere wasn't fantastic and the soda dispenser was fairly gross. I wouldn't let that hold you back however, as mentioned previously - the food was in fact great and I cannot speak for the dispensers they must have for the drive through.Parking: It's not very large and it's directly connected to other companies so I'm not quite certain parking will always...read full review

My first experience was having these subs brought to us on the line at the Junkins fire. Not a fair assessment, as even stale granola tastes amazing after fighting a fire all day. Plus, our sandwiches were clearly doctored up with three times as much meat as normal. Those were 5 star sandwiches. When I visited on a normal day, I was pretty disappointed.
