Do not eat here! I got food poisoning from this location on 12/17, it is now 12/22 and I am still sick. I had a famous bowl and some fries and waited over 30 mins for my food in the drive thru. The man at the window was annoyed and overwhelmed, he didn’t give me all my food so i honked and waited to give me what I paid for and he was even more annoyed after. I should have went somewhere else after waiting so long but it was after work, I was tired and didn’t want to cook. I don’t have health insurance atm and stuck dealing w this til it goes away. Do better KFC, after telling my clients about this, I found out I’m not the only one who ever gotten sick here. 🤮 I won’t be back

My experience was wonderful. The service was excellent very kind and let me know hiw long my items would take incase I was in a hurt the cook who I think was names Andrew was very nice and let know my meals progress which I was thought full I will definitely be returning thank you for a great experience

I ordered a 2 PC crispy mashed potato & gravy. I got a 2 PC original mashed potatoes and no gravy! I asked for jelly for the biscuit I got honey. I'm allergic to honey. We got lemonade no ice. It didn't taste good. It was very weak.

Great food decent service but dry and chewy chicken like it was there awhile
Not only did I get forgotten about in the drive-through, which caused a three car line behind me, but I really thought it was disgusting that the cashier handled my drink and my bags after sticking his finger in his ear and also grabbing my card with the same hand. Pretty disgusting.
And now that I am home, I see there is no gravy with the mashed potato’s.

We walked in to order and eat inside but decided to eat somewhere else after watching a guy pull chicken without gloves, eat it in front of us, lick his fingers, and NOT wash his hands before handling food and trays of food again. Absolutely disgusting and a massive health and food safety violation. We said something to the cashier who acted like the other guys behavior was normal.

My family and I drove thru the North store, and here is my son‘s order of a three-piece chicken tenders. There was no receipt and they also didn’t give us the biscuits for a 12 piece bucket meal nor any KFC sauce as requested when they acknowledged they can do so. We have always been KFC fans, and this is such a letdown and a deterioration in service and food quality!
