I recommend going to the other KFC they cook the food way better then these people and way better staff I admit you do have to wait sometimes the food other on elizabeth, this is way better than this chicken here.

We bought a 3 pc chicken tender meal, and for $12 something I'd expect far better than what we got. The chicken clearly sat too long in the warmer, and was dry, and barely warm, not to mention small. The potatoes and gravy were at least warmer , and we're your typical fast food. I called the manager and she seemed nonchalant about this issue, didnt apologize, or offer to take these cardboard strips back and replace them. She just said okay and hung up. Pathetic customer service and I guarantee you they are still serving that dried out, barely warm chicken. Don't go there!

I ordered food online. It said 20 to 30 minutes to pick up. We ger there, stand in line forever with no one helping us. They are not busy. Then they finally help us and we had to wiat longer to get the food. It was 1 hour from the time we ordered before we left to go home and finally eat.

Came here 10/3/2025 8:45pm to the south store and the lobby was closed they said it closed at 8. Then she immediately had me park as a doordash driver. She was parking every car and when i said that it wasn't very nice she said she didn't care. It was a lady with glasses and a southern accent incase the owner cares. Very unprofessional place.

Tried calling around 6pm to see what time they close. No answer. So I went in person, and drive through had 4 cars ahead of me and 3 behind me. Waited 23 minutes and drive thru line never moved! One lady was banging on the door and yelling that she has been waiting for her order she paid for. She was saying it's been 30 minutes. Seems like these employees need to be reminded that it's because of us they have a job and be more thankful. Can't wait for the new one to open on Northside of town. Will be worth the inconvenience and drive across town. Not the first time this has happened. WTH ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ELSE, THIS KFC DOES NOT OFFER THE $10. 8 PIECE TUESDAY CHICKEN DEAL. YOU NEED TO GO TO THE NORTH SIDE FOR THAT DEAL!!! š¤¬

I saw the 5 piece meal I just wanted the 5 piece and a large fry to go with it the window operator was freaking rude as hell saying I couldnāt do that. I was paying for both n she was arguing with me and being loud on the mic telling me I couldnāt do that. When the last time I came I was able to do that. She should be fired or restrained in customer service her name when I asked for a supervisor, she said I am the supervisor and she was young n not good supervisor. So I know she lied to me. Her name on her hat was Bernie n the window girl was Harmony nothing to do with her.
