We usually love the food at La Forchetta but last night it was subpar. The food was pretty bad. Homemade fettucine was not cooked well and all stuck together. The seafood was just ok and 2 of my mussels weren't open. No one seemed to care about that. My husband had the lasagna and he could hardly eat it.
We did notice that neither Massi nor Casuba were there. Could be the kitchen doesn't run well when they aren't there.
My Wife and I went for our 30th Wedding Anniversary.
Brittney was our server.
She did an amazing job! Made excellent recommendations that help make it a wonderful experience!
When she found out it was our Anniversary, she made the meal very special!
The food was truly amazing, the whole staff did a great job!
And the prices were more than fair!
Will definitely be back!
My Girlfriend and I had a wonderful evening meal, with prompt service, and outstanding food. My salmon was absolutely perfect and the dessert was over the top. This is fine cuisine in a friendly open atmosphere and excellent service.

This is fine cuisine in a friendly open atmosphere. Service was great and they were able to squeeze guests in on a busy Saturday evening. The food and location are well worth the price. The whole staff did a great job.
