The beautiful building is really something you should see. The service was great..our server made suggestions, even with suggestions on one dressing being better with the sandwich than an other due to flavors going together. Which, I appreciated! I will definitely be going back. It is also locally owned!Dietary restrictions: They do offer gluten free items.

I'm not sure why I had not visited Magpies as of yet but I am very glad I finally did make a lunch visit. The inside is a beautifully preserved historic setting. The food was very good and the waitress was willing and able to answer our many questions about the food and the building. There is enough of a variety to the menu to have something for most everyone but not so large that you struggle to decide. The burgers were moist and delicious, salad was fresh, the vegetarian sandwich was so flavorful and delicious. There is an outdoor patio as well if you wish to dine outside (when weather permits).

Dined in for lunch with coworkers. The vegi sandwich was delicious. Atmosphere was comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, prices were appropriate. Recommended for a lunch spot!
Came in for dessert and a friendship visit. More talking than eating, but lovely staff, no pressure to 'move out'. Next time a full meal! The breads are delicious. The desserts fill that sweet spot with the Mag-pie and fill that Brit Grammy spot with bread pudding (the sauce is way fancier than Grams!)

The wait staff and overall experience was fine. But the food is like cafeteria food. So don't have high expectations.

It took over 80 mins to receive food after sitting down. Food was awful. Burger was unevenly cooked. Service was slow and not very nice. I understand it being busy but that is not acceptable for the amount of money it cost.

Reuben was exceptional. Never think to drive downtown for a sandwich when driving through Pueblo. Will definitely do it again!
