Generally I have a good experience with the people, usually come in the morning. Im not ok with the water thing for a paying customer. And I got parked again and had to wait 10 minutes for my food. Im on a timed schedule. Fast food isnt fast anymore
Experience 2: ordered 15 bucks of breakfast. Asked for a water at speaker. 'We will have to charge you'.. I understand a lot of homeless are around here and that makes sense for a nonpaying customer. But for a paying customer...no. and I feel like I have asked before and gotten a water. I thought here but it could have been elsewhere.
Experience 1. This is a drive thru/walk up only. Parked me bc of coffee. People looking staring at me bc there was no room where they parked me. For drive thru to get out with big vehicles or with entering. They gave me a free bogo coupon bc the coffee pot was not brewing right leading to the delay

Stopped by to grab a late night dinner and they were really friendly. The lady complimented my name because I used the app and the guy at the speaker upsold me more cookies to save me money. I was surprised by how nice they were.

There was 3 different individuals outside, nearly in the way of cars in the drive-thru smoking and injecting drugs. I paid more for my food at the location compared to another McDonald's... I purchased the exact same thing at 2 different locations within 2 days of each other. Positive thing, the employees at this location were the fastest and friendliest I have ever seen at a fast food restaurant

TRAIN YOUR STAFF CORRECTLY. how is it everytime I go to eat there the food is messed up? every. single. time. Management needs to pay attention to who they're hiring. everybody there is disrespectful. cheese doesn't even go on a deluxe mccrispy how do you guys mess that up?
If they are going to allow unhoused people and or drug addicts to loiter around their building they need to allow DoorDash pick ups to be done in the drive thru. It is NOT safe to get out of a vehicle and have to come to the window. Either to pick up an order for DD or to place one to eat.
