It's so frustrating dealing with miserable employees. Young and miserable is a bad mixture for customer service but that's what it seems like fast food has turned into. Go to in and out... they all have a smile

The inside is extremely clean, and the food is fresh. One of the ladies and the young guy who works the register a lot are very nice. The service is quick, even during lunch. However, some customers have had issues with the 30-minute loitering limit and the quality of the caramel coffee.
