“I have constantly been disappointed with the food options in Pueblo, so I had extremely low hopes, but Shah's turned out to be a hidden gem. The classic gyro and fries were absolutely delicious, almost as good as the ones from my favorite street cart in Germany. I am beyond happy. The only thing that could possibly make them better in my opinion is if they had a creamy garlic sauce option. I will definitely be back!“
