I'm working my way thru their delicious menu. Like this place alot. Great staff! This mi Ranchito on Pueblo Blvd is my absolute favorite in all of Pueblo. Tonight I ordered steak and chicken fajitas and they are always prepared to perfection! My cook, Jose Angel C served me the most beautiful dinner with ordered extra tortillas and the are perfectly seasoned to perfection! Try them out you won’t regret it !!!!
Absolutely great food. Amazing flavor with true authentic accents. Green chile was fabulous. Salsa bar with a great homemade selection. Will eat here again when back in town. Did I mention the pork green chile was amazing.. thank you for great service.
Not only is service outstanding but so is the food! We had the fajita nachos and they blew our socks off! The portions are also incredibly generous! 10 out of 10 will be going back for more!
