Omg This sushi 🍱 is amazing!! So much flavor and the sauce that has a hint of sweet is soooo tasty. Wow just mind blowing!!

We decided we wanted to try something new, and we chose Momo's West for this culinary adventure! And an adventure it was!
We arrived for a late lunch on a Friday and were surprised to have the restaurant to ourselves. I guess that should have been our first clue....
The food, unfortunately, was predictably awful. The rolls were loosely constructed (so hard to eat) and my salmon SKIN roll was largely made of cooked salmon...I honestly didn't even know what to say. It's like the sushi chef was mad about it. We also asked for an off-menu handroll and were told they only had spicy krab...hmm! So we ordered one, and low-and-behold, it was terrible. Literally spicy krab and rice wrapped in seaweed...not an artfully placed carrot or daikon in sight! So much for creative expression, I guess.
There was one highlight to our visit and I want to give a special shout-out to Chloe for providing great service! She was pleasant, quick and attentive. It is not her fault that the sushi sucked or that the chef was surly. She did her part admirably.
Atmosphere was dark and dusty, and certainly nothing to come back for...pretty much like the food and the chef! We will be going back to Miyake, where the sushi is dependably good!

Food and service very good

Get your Sushi on in Pueblo West. It’s worth the drive seriously. The service was awesome and the freshest sushi yet and I’m from the East Coast. I will be back!

10/10 experience, great service and great food, can't wait to come back this way and try more of the menu!

The food was pricey, but it was fresh and it was good. Not much to the restaurant. Tables and chairs, dimly lit, not much to look at.

Went in an hr and 10 mins before close. I go here a lot. Absolutely the worst service ever had. The waitress has short brown hair with cat eyes liner pays more attention to texting on her phone then her tables. Didn't receive our soups we ordered. They refused to make more sushi even know it was 40 mins before close they told sorry their kitchen is closed. Refuse to bring out the soups (according to the waitress) because all their bowls were dirty and she refuse to wash or check to see if washed and would not bring them out after asking multiple times. You know anytime I walk in and see that waitress I will turn around and leave. That was the worse service won't refill drinks. Refused the people that came in about 40 mins before 8 because their kitchen was closed and she would rather text on her phone then pay attention to orders. Why are you open for the last hour or more if you refuse service to everyone. I'm sorry but shame or the chef (lol)and the waitress.

This is a dirty restaurant. Expect to be treated poorly. The staff saw that I was throwing up due to the poorly prepared food… not only did they not offer a refund, they laughed at me while I was throwing up.

Had a craving for sushi and Hubs and I hopped on over.

It was quiet, service was fast and great!

The miso soup was one of the best we have had. The broth had a depth to it that delicious. The sushi was also really good! The flavors popped, and the spice was spot on.

Hubs tried the spicy ramen, and we shared a few rolls.

We will definitely return to try other options!

The tempura salmon roll has the perfect rice-to-crunch ratio.

Ordered the spider roll and we had to throw it out cause crab was burnt. Bento boxes were not very good. The cabbage was not cooked and rice was half what you get at restaurant normally.

Only a half dozen tables. We went there during a slow time mid-afternoon, but it's probably more fun at night (or during the day if you like a lot of space). But the items were 5 star. And the tall Asahi and Sapporo might satisfy even non-beer drinkers, but alternatives exist too. The sushi chef is 5 star, at least. Every item prepared was flawlessly tasty (and in some cases, crunchy). Next time we'll go back with bigger appetites, and more guests. As always, sushi is most fun with a larger party so you can share the goods. It's really great to have this Momo West in Pueblo West, we hope they are around forever. It was recommended by someone in far No CO - so the good reputation is widespread.

Our waitress was doing a fantastic job even though she was very busy! A favorite of ours for a date night on a Friday after a long week. It's a small, cozy food place that's a hidden gem in Pueblo West.

Food was very expensive despite the very poor quality. Probably could have had better sushi if I had tried making it at home. Paid more than at the best sushi restaurants I have eaten at in Colorado Springs for half the amount of food and no quality. Even the wasabi was disappointing, looked like playdough.Very disappointing, hard to understand that they have a 4.0 star rating.
