I have gone here many times, love the food and location. But the man that was taking orders today was awful. My husband went to grab food for my birthday today and the employee was short, rude, and unaccomodating. Saying we couldn't order items we've ordered many times before, snapper sticks and a spicy crab handroll. In fact, this was the first location to ever make them for me, the chef sent them over and introduced the dish to us himself years ago! The employee also tried to overcharge us for extra food and was very rude when we asked to clarify and see the charges. Absolutely won't answer their phone to take any to go orders, either. So unfortunate that this was our experience today.

Pretty good sushi, but very expensive for just six pieces every piece two dollars.

I’ve come here a lot mainly because it’s close to my house, but I don’t think I can do it anymore. Every visit ends up costing me anywhere from $140 to $225, and this time it was absolutely not worth it.
The sushi is usually okay, but this visit was just bad—flat-out disappointing. It felt like a huge waste of money. Honestly, the quality was on par with gas-station sushi, which is unacceptable at these prices.
They’re the only sushi place in Pueblo West, so you’d think they’d want to be the best and give people a reason not to drive into Pueblo. Unfortunately, that’s not the case. There’s no consistency, no quality control, and no justification for the cost.
At this point, I’d rather save my money—or literally go anywhere else.

Momo west has become one of our regular dining options due to their food quality, consistency and presentation. The service has been second to none and they are quick to take care of your every request... Highly recommended!

We decided we wanted to try something new, and we chose Momo's West for this culinary adventure! And an adventure it was!
We arrived for a late lunch on a Friday and were surprised to have the restaurant to ourselves. I guess that should have been our first clue....
The food, unfortunately, was predictably awful. The rolls were loosely constructed (so hard to eat) and my salmon SKIN roll was largely made of cooked salmon...I honestly didn't even know what to say. It's like the sushi chef was mad about it. We also asked for an off-menu handroll and were told they only had spicy krab...hmm! So we ordered one, and low-and-behold, it was terrible. Literally spicy krab and rice wrapped in seaweed...not an artfully placed carrot or daikon in sight! So much for creative expression, I guess.
There was one highlight to our visit and I want to give a special shout-out to Chloe for providing great service! She was pleasant, quick and attentive. It is not her fault that the sushi sucked or that the chef was surly. She did her part admirably.
Atmosphere was dark and dusty, and certainly nothing to come back for...pretty much like the food and the chef! We will be going back to Miyake, where the sushi is dependably good!
Food and service very good
Get your Sushi on in Pueblo West. It’s worth the drive seriously. The service was awesome and the freshest sushi yet and I’m from the East Coast. I will be back!
10/10 experience, great service and great food, can't wait to come back this way and try more of the menu!

The food was pricey, but it was fresh and it was good. Not much to the restaurant. Tables and chairs, dimly lit, not much to look at.

Went in an hr and 10 mins before close. I go here a lot. Absolutely the worst service ever had. The waitress has short brown hair with cat eyes liner pays more attention to texting on her phone then her tables. Didn't receive our soups we ordered. They refused to make more sushi even know it was 40 mins before close they told sorry their kitchen is closed. Refuse to bring out the soups (according to the waitress) because all their bowls were dirty and she refuse to wash or check to see if washed and would not bring them out after asking multiple times. You know anytime I walk in and see that waitress I will turn around and leave. That was the worse service won't refill drinks. Refused the people that came in about 40 mins before 8 because their kitchen was closed and she would rather text on her phone then pay attention to orders. Why are you open for the last hour or more if you refuse service to everyone. I'm sorry but shame or the chef (lol)and the waitress.

This is a dirty restaurant. Expect to be treated poorly. The staff saw that I was throwing up due to the poorly prepared food… not only did they not offer a refund, they laughed at me while I was throwing up.

Had a craving for sushi and Hubs and I hopped on over.
It was quiet, service was fast and great!
The miso soup was one of the best we have had. The broth had a depth to it that delicious. The sushi was also really good! The flavors popped, and the spice was spot on.
Hubs tried the spicy ramen, and we shared a few rolls.
We will definitely return to try other options!
