Only a half dozen tables. We went there during a slow time mid-afternoon, but it's probably more fun at night (or during the day if you like a lot of space). But the items were 5 star. And the tall Asahi and Sapporo might satisfy even non-beer drinkers, but alternatives exist too. The sushi chef is 5 star, at least. Every item prepared was flawlessly tasty (and in some cases, crunchy). Next time we'll go back with bigger appetites, and more guests. As always,...
Our waitress was doing a fantastic job even though she was very busy! A favorite of ours for a date night on a Friday after a long week. It's a small, cozy food place that's a hidden gem in Pueblo West.

It was quiet, service was fast and great!
The miso soup was one of the best we have had. The broth had a depth to it that delicious. The sushi was also really good! The flavors popped, and the spice was spot on.
Hubs tried the spicy ramen, and we shared a few rolls.
We will definitely return to try other options!
